As we reflect on the successes of the past 10 years and feedback from alumni members, we are preparing to add ways that families can engage with CFIN. Here's what is on the horizon: Beginning in the summer of 2024, we are expanding our programming in order to offer participants a wider range of ways to engage with a Community of Families in Nature. We look forward to spending the next 10 years playing, exploring, learning, and care-taking in nature with a new generation of CFIN families, as well as with CFIN alumni families! Current CFIN News Including Previous and Upcoming EventsRegistration begins Wednesday, May 29th for our Seedlings Summer Mini-mester (4 Fridays 9:30-11:00AM; July 12, July 19, July 26, Aug 2). Registration begins Monday, June 3rd for: Summer Seasonal Membership, our Hike-a-Month Club, and our Art and Farm Summer Workshop Series. Registration dates for all other programming will be announced June 4th! Many of our outings will continue to take place on Sunday afternoons (2:00PM-4:00PM). Some programs (Seedlings and Homeschool Nature Club) will take place on Fridays. Our Middle-schoolers volunteering program day will be seasonally dependent. Pricing will be clearly marked for each registration option and we will continue to offer generous financial support options for most of our programming (reduced rate and opportunities to attend for free).
